OUR MISSION
The mission of The Back Space is to provide our area with a comfortable community oriented venue that is intimate and unique. The Back Space is a “Black Box Theatre” that provides audiences with a pure human experience with the least amount of technical elements. A versatile and easy to change venue, The Back Space will provide a personal unstructured feel to enhance the intimacy of the art. As a non-profit, we will help to provide assistance to individuals of all ages, local businesses, and other non-profits in the form of scholarships, free field trips for students to attend educational films, subsidized rental fees, and as a venue to hold fundraising events. The Back Space will enrich our community with dance and theatre performances as well as independent films that are both educational and connected to what’s going on in our world today.
SPACE RENTALS
For Profit & Businesses ~ $400 week day, $450 weekend
Non-Profit ~ $300 week day, $350 weekend
Schools ~ $200
Hourly Rate for Day Time Rentals
Holiday Rental Rates Vary
